Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled or modified (change number, address, product style or size) if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

How to Cancel an Order

Log in to your Account.
Go to ‘Orders’.
Click on ‘Cancel Order’.
Once confirmed, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

User should go through our refund policy. For further query contact us via WhatsApp or email us at support@rhinocreations.in to request changes.

Cancellation Terms

Partial cancellations of an order are not allowed — cancelling one item will cancel the entire order.
